Cancellation Policy
I operate my business on an 'old fashioned' mutual respect and trust basis and will not ask you to secure your appointment with a booking fee. However, in order to protect my income, please be aware that I operate a strict cancellation policy, which states:

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel a booking or to change any treatments booked. In this instance, no charges will be made.
​
Less than 24 hours notice, no actual notification and/or failure to arrive for the appointment will result in 100% charge of the treatment(s) booked being made.
