Beauty Basics​

Please note, I operate a strict cancellation policy, which states:

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel a booking or to change any treatments booked.  No charges will be made.

​

Less than 24 hours notice will result in 50% charge of the treatment(s) booked being made.

​

Failure to arrive for the appointment without notification will result in 100% charge of the treatment(s) booked.

​

If late notification cannot be avoided, ie. due to illness or accident, re-scheduling the appointment within the following week, depending on availability, will negate any charges.
